Travel Services

This is perhaps the most important part of the planning process because this is where I get to know you. During our complimentary 30-minute call we will discuss your travel history, travel style, budget, and what is on your wish list. This is an opportunity to get to know one another and for me to listen and learn, so I can better understand what your vision for this trip is. This is also a good opportunity for me to share how I work and discuss any applicable planning fees.  

This step is my favorite!  At this stage, I will research and design a customized itinerary, using the details provided on your call. I understand that no two travelers are alike, and your itinerary will be unique, built from the ground up just for you. I will ensure that the overall itinerary delivers on quality and makes sense to your interests, timing and budget.

You will receive an itinerary proposal for approval.  But if you need tweaks and adjustments, I'm happy to do that too!    

Once you are in love with your proposal, you will receive a detailed itinerary that will include accommodations, pricing, amenities, upgrades, special requests, and important information on cancelations and travel insurance. When you are ready to book, simply authorize a deposit to secure reservations. There are payment options, depending on how close you are to your departure date. Once paid, your itinerary will be available on a special link for added convenience.
